Habitat : Common in moist shady places, on rocks in shaded moist environment by streams and slopes

Date and place : 29th August 2022, Bonai Forest Division, Odisha, India 
(Aquatic plant)

Medicinal uses :
✔ Whole plant paste is applied externally to stop bleeding from cuts, wound, ringworm and scabies.

Food value : 
Leaves is used as a leafy vegetable.

Note : 
Bees are essential in growing flowers and plants. They use the process of pollination where they transfer tiny little grains of pollen from the flower of one plant to the flower of another of the same kind of plant.
