Like air is present in the space, all beings and all elements are present in me | Shiva, The Fourth State Of Consciousness

*Chapter 10 - Shiva, The Fourth State Of Consciousness* *Day 48* "Like air is present in the space, all beings and all elements are present in me." Here "me" doesn't mean the Krishna who was standing with a flute. He is talking about his true nature that is Brahman.  Unfortunately, people limit Krishna as a personality. There is no difference between Krishna and Shiva. Shiva is Krishna without body. Krishna is Shiva embodied in a body. That's all.  There was nobody like Shiva with jata. It is just symbolic. Shiva is the fourth state of consciousness. When Krishna was asked by Arjuna to repeat the Gita, Krishna says, "no, I cant tell you now."  After the war is over, Arjuna asks, “At the time of war, you gave me all the knowledge, when there was so much chaos and I was not in a good mood or state of consciousness. I kept questioning you all the time and didn't believe you”. “I was such a fool, but now we are free and relaxed. Why don't you t...

Shiva, The Fourth State Of Consciousness

*Chapter 10 - Shiva, The Fourth State Of Consciousness* *Day 47* Upasana is a beautiful word. 'Upa' means near and 'asana' means coming close, sitting. Upasana is worship, to worship that as 'vana' as a forest , as abundance or as the store house of all gifts.  It can give you many things, everything. One who knows it like this, every creature and everything will love him. So, the Rishi is also giving a little encouragement. What is the effect of it? So what?  What will happen? Okay, I understand everything. So what? what do I get? It says you get something. What? Everybody will fall in love with you, every creature will love you. Bhuta is not just a creature. It is also the element. Every element and the entire universe will fall in love with you. Ancient people begun every ritual with the sowing of seeds of many types of grains.  Suppose a celebration is about to happen in a hall, you put decorations, you put buntings or streamers or whatever. The ancient peop...

Art of Living came into my life at a time when I needed it the most. I was in a totally miserable condition. I had given up all hope. I needed a helping hand from the Divine

Art of Living came into my life at a time when I needed it the most. I was in a totally miserable condition. I had given up all hope. I needed a helping hand from the Divine. My father died in 2007 in my own arms. It was very hard for me to face this loss as I was extremely attached to him. After spending almost a year in utter grief, another major problem surfaced: marriage. I would feel horribly lonely and sad most of the times, as marriage was not working out in my life. I had no companion with whom I could share my pain, in the hopes of reducing the pain a little. I felt extremely victimised by life. I kept asking the question “Why me?” for which I got no answer in return. I was in a pathetically depressed condition. One day, my sister, who was staying in the U.S. then, called me and told me about Art of Living. She asked me to do a course, too, especially because there was one happening in my neighborhood in Gwalior, India. She made me promise that I would do this upcoming course ...

I was way too happy and this instilled unshakeable faith for Gurudeva. I realized that Gurudeva loves and cares unconditionally for each and every one of us.

The story dates back to 2013. Not much time had passed, since I joined Art of Living. But, a short span of time had instilled an indelible faith. It took me no time to know that Gurudeva loves us immensely and is always there to make everything fall in place. I had to travel to Germany for business reason. The stay there was no shorter than 2 months and I have a small child who was then three and half years old. I had not left her alone even for a night and there was absolutely no way that I could be away from her for 2 months. I was worried and perturbed and could not find a way out. I could not imagine being away from her for two months. After giving it a lot of thought, I decided to take my daughter and my mother along. I hastily applied for Tourist VISA for both of them. But, to my surprise, VISA was rejected. The day it was rejected was Guruji’s birthday. I was upset, but the immense faith and love for Guruji made me visit Ashram for his Birthday Celebration. I was seated, and sud...
