Guava (Psidium sp. L.) is an important tropical tree cultivated for its fruits. The fruits are oval in shape, light green or yellow in colour and contain edible seeds.  Guava leaves are used as herbal tea. Guava fruits are amazingly rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, potassium and fiber. This remarkable nutrient content gives them many health benefits.

Houttuynia cordata, also known as fish mint, fish leaf, rainbow plant, chameleon plant, heart leaf, fish wort, is one of two species in the genus Houttuynia (the other being H. emeiensis). It is a flowering plant native to South Asia.  Some of the health benefits of the plant:  Antioxidant, anti-aging agent, treatment of Urinary tract infections, etc.
