Potamogeton natans L. Family - Potamogetonaceae Common name - Broad-leaved pondweed    (Submerged aquatic plant) 🌼Small green flowers 🌼It produces both floating and submersed leaves on the same plant. 🌼The shape of the floating leaves depends on the shape of the current, with faster current resulting in more elongated the leaves and less cordate leaf bases. 🌼It can be used as an oxygenator of ponds. 🌼 Medicinal uses - The plant is used as febrifuge.
