Physio tip for the workplace

Look straight ahead.  Tilt your head down so chin touches chest.  Hold 5 seconds. Back to starting position.  Repeat 5 times.  Look straight ahead, tilt you neck toward one shoulder.  Hold 5 seconds, return to starting position. 5 times on each side.  Did this tip help?
