Ludwigia perrenis L. Family - Onagraceae Found mostly in ponds, ditches, puddles, marshes & swamps. Medicinal uses - The plant is boiled in oil & applied externally to reduce fever. The tender shoot is rubbed on aching gums. The leaves and roots are used for ulcer and vulnerary (used in healing wounds).
