Carrot and spinach juice: Drink 200g of carrot juice mixed with 50g of spinach juice to help raise blood pressure. 5. Buttermilk: Consume buttermilk with salt, roasted cumin, and asafetida to help maintain normal blood pressure. 6. Cinnamon: Mix cinnamon powder with lukewarm water and drink twice daily to help manage low blood pressure.
