One with All, All with One: The Power of Meditation.

One with All, All with One: The Power of Meditation.

"Unity in Duality"

I am One, yet all that's seen,
The Unmanifest, and the world serene.
Beyond all forms, I reside,
Yet, in every form, I abide.

In meditation's silence, I find my way,
To the truth that I am all, every day.
The distinctions fade, the boundaries blur,
As I realize, I am all that occurs.

I am the wave, and the ocean's might,
The breath, and the wind that takes flight.
I am the thought, and the mind that thinks,
The heart, and the love that forever blinks.

In this unity, I find my peace,
A sense of oneness, my soul's release.
So I'll sit in stillness, every single day,
And remind myself, I am all, in every way.

For in the silence, I hear the truth revealed,
That I am both, the Unmanifest, and the world concealed.
And with this knowing, my heart is set free,
In the unity of all, I am meant to be.

As we embark on this profound journey of self-discovery through meditation,
we come to realize that our true nature is not limited to the physical realm.
We are the Unmanifest, the ultimate reality that underlies all existence.
And yet, we are also the manifest world, the diverse
 and vibrant tapestry of life.

As we regard the Self in this way, we transcend the boundaries of the ego and experience the world as a unified, harmonious whole. We realize that we are not separate, independent entities, but rather, we are all interconnected, part of a larger web of life.

Through daily meditation, we can cultivate this awareness, this sense of unity and interconnectedness. We can quiet the mind, transcend the limitations of the ego, and experience the world in all its beauty and wonder.

So let us commit to this practice, to this journey of self-discovery and unity consciousness. Let us regard the Self as both the Unmanifest and the manifest world, and experience the profound peace, joy, and fulfillment that arises from this realization.
