Meditate, Connect, Transcend

Infinite Within, Infinite Without

I am the essence, pure and bright
Immutable, indestructible, infinite light
Consciousness itself, beyond all pain
A state of bliss, where love remains

I am the witness, to all that's born
Unchanged, untouched, forever sworn
To the truth of being, that's my core
A flame that burns, forever more

In meditation's silence, I am found
A refuge from the world's noise and sound
A place of peace, where heart and soul entwine
A sense of oneness, that's truly divine

So let us meditate, and connect with our core
And discover the peace, that we've been searching for
A peace that's within, and always available too
A gift from our true self, to me and to you.

Remember that your true nature is that of pure consciousness
immutable, indestructible, and infinite.
You are beyond the bounds of pleasure and pain, and
through daily meditation, you can tap into this profound truth.

As you sit in stillness, allow yourself to connect with your innermost self.
Feel the infinite potential that resides within you,
and let go of the limitations that bind you.

Remember, you are not just a physical body or a fleeting thought
you are a spark of the divine, a droplet of the infinite ocean.
And through meditation, you can experience this truth firsthand.

So, make meditation a part of your daily routine, and
discover the profound peace, joy, and liberation that awaits you.
