केस गळणे

रात्री झोपताना ऑलीव्ह ऑईल डोक्याला चोळून लावावे आणि दुसरया दिवशी सकाळी डोके स्वच्छ धुवून टाकण्याचा खूप फायदा होतो. 2. डोक्याच्या ज्या भागावरील केस गेले असतील त्या भागावर कांदा लालसर होईपर्यंत घासावा. त्यानंतर लगेच त्या भागावर मधाचा लेप द्यावा. 3. सुकलेल्या आवळ्याचे तुकडे खोबरेल तेलात टाकून तेल चांगले उकळावे. हे असे बनलेले आवळ्याचे तेल उत्तम केशवर्धक तेल आहे. 4. नारळाचे दूध संपूर्ण डोक्याला लावून, केसाच्या मुळांपर्यंत मसाज करुन जिरवावे हा सुध्दा केस गळतीवरचा नामी उपाय आहे. 5. मोगरयाची पानं, मोहरीच्या तेलात काळी होईपर्यंत तळावीत. ते मिश्रण गाळून घ्यावे. या तेलाने नियमित डोक्याला मसाज केल्यास उपयोग होतो. 6. मोसंबीच्या बिया आणि काळी मिरी यांची एकत्र पूड करावी. त्याचा लेप केस गेलेल्या भागात लावणे उपयोगी ठरते. 7. केस गळतीवरचा सर्वोत्तम उपाय म्हणजे थंड पाण्याने केस धुवून अत्यंत जोराने केसांना मुळापर्यंत बोटांनी घासणे हाच आहे.   डॉ .श्री .नितिन जाधव. संजीवन चिकित्सक .डोंबिवली. 9892306092.
