I live in America, and I have been facing a difficulty in breathing from my left nostril since 2 years now, and since last April, my left nostril was totally blocked.  I couldn’t relate to what was happening, but in January 2014, my doctor said that it was not normal to have polyps in one nostril only, and it could be something really dangerous, like a type of benign tumor which in rarest cases, can be malignant too. In the year 2003, I went for my first Part 2 course (Advance Course) which was scheduled to happen in the Bangalore Ashram in the presence of His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. This was just a month after I had completed my Part 1 Course (Basic Course).  Since it was my first visit to the Ashram (The Art of living International Center), I was not well aware of the course logistics relating to stay and food, but I took a leap of faith and landed there to attend the same. After reaching there, I learned that it was supposed to be a Kannada (a traditional South Indian language) Part 2 Course, which meant that all the talks and sessions would be conducted in a language that was unfamiliar to me. I had done my Yes Plus Course in July 2013. I enrolled for the Advanced Course the day I completed the Yes Plus. I was really excited to go to the Bangalore Ashram for the Advanced Course as that place is truly beautiful.  There were a few sweet experiences I had at the Ashram, which I would love to share with you all. On the last night of the Advanced Course, there was Satsang at the Yagnashala. Like always, the Satsang was extremely refreshing. After Satsang, I just felt that I wanted to meet Sri Sri (Considering I was new to AOL family, I didn’t know much about Sri Sri to be frank). I had a beautiful experience during Mahashivratri 2020 at Bangalore Ashram! I was having a very rough time in my personal life and was even losing faith in Art of Living, even though I have been associated since 2013.
