Karanj Taila is an Ayurvedic herbal oil preparation made with the seeds of the Karanj tree (Pongamia pinnata). It is used to:

1. Relieve pain and inflammation
2. Support skin health and wound healing
3. Enhance hair growth and strength
4. Soothe and calm the mind and body
5. Support digestive health

Karanj Taila is commonly used in Ayurvedic treatments like:

1. Abhyanga (massage)
2. Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead)
3. Nasya (nasal application)
4. Local application on affected areas

This oil is believed to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties, making it an excellent choice for promoting overall health and well-being. As with any herbal remedy, consult an Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare professional before using Karanj Taila, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or allergies.

Note: Karanj Taila is also known as Pongamia oil or Hongaya oil in some regions.
