Ayurvedic Home remedies for controlling blood pressure

Here are some home remedies for controlling blood pressure:

1. Beetroot juice: Drink 1 cup twice a day.
2. Pranayama and yoga: Practice Bhastrika, Surya bhedana, Shava asana, and Sarvang asana.
3. Spices: Add cinnamon, black pepper, and cardamom to your diet.
4. Ginger and honey: Mix 1 spoon of ginger juice with 1 spoon of honey and take twice a day.
5. Dry grapes: Soak in water overnight and drink the water and eat the grapes in the morning.
6. Tulsi leaves and Munakka: Include in your diet.
7. Almond with milk: Consume for energy.
8. Small portions: Eat small meals several times a day.
9. Avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine, artificial sweeteners, and refined sugar.
10. Green leafy vegetables, milk, fish, and eggs: Include in your diet to strengthen your immune system.
