न जातु विषयाः केऽपि

स्वारामं हर्षयन्त्यमी।

सल्लकीपल्लवप्रीत-

मिवेभं निंबपल्लवाः॥१७- ३॥

अपनी आत्मा में रमण करने वाला किसी विषय को प्राप्त करके हर्षित नहीं होता जैसे कि सलाई के पत्तों से प्रेम करने वाला हाथी नीम के पत्तों को पाकर हर्ष नहीं करता है॥३॥
