Fagopyrum esculentum ( Buckwheat or Ugal) is an important crop in some areas of the world. Buckwheat flour (known as kuttu ka atta) contains beneficial components for human health such as protein, dietary fiber, vitamins, polyphenolics, and minerals at high levels.
