Reviewing what all happened last month, the month before, the whole year has some wonderful things

Just imagine you are sitting on the bank of a river and watching the river flow. So many things are flowing in the river. A ship is going in the river, logs are floating, leaves are flowing, some ducks, unfortunately some garbage is also flowing in the river. Imagine you are sitting on the bank of river and watching everything moving, unperturbed.

In the same way when you sit on the bank of time and watch the time carry the events, you are amazed that there is something in you that is not changing, you are not changing, you are unaffected by it. And reviewing the events will help you to be a witness of events rather than a participant of an event.
Reviewing what all happened last month, the month before, the whole year has some wonderful things and some ugly things that have happened in the world scenario and it has all gone.

- Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji
