Coconut Pittu is a very popular Sri Lankan traditional breakfast
Ingredients required:
250 grams of rice flour
100g Coconuts flax
A pinch of salt
One and a half cups of water
way of making :
01. Put coconut and rice flour in a bowl and mix well
02. Add some salt as needed
03. Add water and knead so that it separates into small pieces without berries
03. Now that the coconut pittu mixture is ready, heat the pittu bambu or steamer well.
04. Put the prepared mixture in the pittu bambu and let it steam for about 05 minutes (if you don't have a pittu bambu, you can use a steamer for this)
