200 grams of rice
100 grams of jaggery
1/2 cup honey/not bee honey
1/2 cup coconut grated
A pinch of salt
Wash the rice and let it soak for two to three hours and save the water.
Fry the drained rice until golden.
Then grind it. Let the honey melt and grate jaggery into it.
Now put the coconut and add salt according to taste. Spoon the powdered rice and turn off the stove.
Knead on low heat and make balls. If you like it spicy, you can add some pepper powder.
