Diya batha

This is a food as well as a medicine.
It is a very valuable food for those suffering from hot bodies . 
. (People suffering from conditions like colds and thirst should eat it
Gastritis, which is spread in today's society, is very beneficial for the condition known in Ayurveda as amla pitta.
It is also very useful for people with excessive sweating in the body, people with hot blisters in the mouth, and people with chapped lips.
Also, a much higher level of food than freshly cooked rice in terms of nutritional quality.
 Preparation of diya batha,

Method/ Keep the rice left over at night in the same cooked clay pot, add water to cover the rice and keep it closed at room temperature until morning. In order not to waste the nutritional value, the water should not be removed while preparing the watered rice the next day.
To eat Heal Rice or Diya bath, add coconut milk or grated coconut along with red onion, , salt to taste and lime juice.green chili
. If you don't like to eat spicy food, if you are suffering from gastritis, you can eat it with a piece of jaggery without green pepper. In India this milk is called "Chaddi Annam" and they eat it mixed with yogurt instead of coconut milk in addition to the above ingredients.
