परुषाण्यरुणवर्णानि – rough and brown colored
बहिरन्तःश्यावानि – sometimes dark colored from the periphery and inner sides
नीलपीतताम्रावभासान्या – looking like having yellowish, bluish and coppery apperance
शुगतिसमुत्थाना – arises and manifests very soon
न्यल्पकण्डूक्लेदक्रिमीणि – itching is very less. KLEDA is very less, less KRIMIS
दाहभेदनिस्तोद(पाक)बहुलानि – too much burning, cutting and pricking pain
शूकोपहतोपमवेदना – severe pain as if being bitten by the SHOOKA insect
न्युत्सन्नमध्यानि – elevated from the middle
तनुपर्यन्तानि – thin at the periphery
कर्कशपिडकाचितानि – having rough granulaes
दीर्घपरिमण्डलान्यृष्यजिह्वाकृतीनि – big lesions in size looking like the tongue of bear
Some types of skin lesions in leprosy. 

Nearest match appears to be with maliganant melanoma.
