Usually we manage the pain with VAATASHAAMAK CHIKITSA 

but 

we need to consider the 
DUSHTI OF RAKTA in all painful conditions.

Management of Pain In Ayurveda

RAKTA DUSHTI

Rakta Dushti means disturbance in the physiological functions of Doshas in Rakta.

Rakta Dushti can cause many kinds of pains --- Joint pains - Rakta Dushti can cause inflammation and pain in the joints, which is similar to the symptoms of arthritis.

Headaches - Blood impurities can cause headaches, particularly migraines.

Menstrual pains - Women with Rakta Dushti may experience painful periods due to the presence of toxins in the blood.

Muscle pains - Blood impurities can cause muscle pain and stiffness.
