Murraya sp.- Curry leaves
Murraya sp.(Curry leaves) is a tropical and sub-tropical plant in the family Rutaceae (the rue family, which includes rue, citrus, and satinwood), native to Asia.
The plant is also sometimes called sweet neem, it is in a different family to neem, Azadirachta indica, which is in the related family Meliaceae.
Curry leaves are a rich source of vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin B2, calcium, and iron, apart from a heavy distinctive odor and pungent taste. It helps in the treatment of dysentery, diarrhea, diabetes, morning sickness, and nausea by adding curry leaves to your meals.
