Question - Gurudev, how to overcome aversion of people? There are few people who make me lose my balance everytime I see them?
Gurudev Sri Sri - Keep the possibility that the same people who are averse to you may come to your help when you need it most. What is this person saves you when you are drowning? Or gives you a ride back home? Will you say, no I will not accept the help because I am averse to you? These aversion will instantaneously disappear. Secondly, see them as an agent of God. He/she has been told to act like that so that I can become stronger. It will totally change your perspective. When you change, you be surprised to see they will also change. Nobody can give you any unpleasant experience that is not due to you. This is higher knowledge. Nobody can give you any insult that you are not supposed to get, even if they want to, they can't give it “Nobody gives you pain or pleasure, it comes onto you”.
