All made up off one Being, one field of energy. One who focuses on this and understands this deep within, crosses over this world of death to immortality. Nothing whatsoever can shake him or her.

*Chapter 6 - Experiencing Infinity*  *Day 25* The really brave ones see that one Consciousness, that Divine Consciousness, the Spirit is in all the people, expressing itself in various different forms and different ways.  It is like watching a movie. For the man behind the projector, it is just a reel that goes on one single light. He puts on the lamp behind the projector, and the film runs.  The light that is being projected on the screen its just one light passing through different imprinted characters on the film and it is being projected on the screen.  If that light is off then the whole film is finished. There is no hero no heroine no villain nothing. The same light is a hero and is a heroine, and is depicted on the screen as different characters, as Mickey mouse as lion and so on.  But behind that is only one beam of light, which passes through the film and appears to be many on the screen. When the film is finished you only see the one bright...

One who recognises that consciousness is present everywhere, that which is in me is everywhere, crosses over this world of death to immortality.

*Chapter 6 - Experiencing Infinity* *Day 24* This truth you have to realize now here and now, in this life. Don't postpone it till next life. If you have not known this in this life, its the greatest loss. You can never imagine any greater loss than this The brave one sees that one consciousness present in everything, every living being and in every object.  One who recognises that consciousness is present everywhere, that which is in me is everywhere, crosses over this world of death to immortality. This is a temporary world of death. Here everything dies, and everything changes, but do you see that subtle field of energy, that subatomic level of energy which doesn't change?  Atoms and molecules disintegrate, but something deeper, in that field, a subatomic particle is the same. Objects disintegrate, but atoms remain the same.  All these human bodies are all different, but there is one field of energy, a mind that goes through everybody. Do you see that there...

How do we know what our capabilities are and how can we enhance them?

Question - Gurudev, how do we know what our capabilities are and how can we enhance them? Gurudev Sri Sri - See, sometimes we become aware of our own capabilities, and sometimes we come to know about them when someone else speaks about them, or when we hear about it from some third person. For quite some time, Lord Hanuman was not aware of his strengths too. Someone had to tell him that he was endowed with so much strength and so many abilities. Sometimes we also get to know about our capabilities from others. Now, what should you do to know more about them? When you think, 'I am able to do only this much', then just take one step further and see for yourself how you fare. Do not stop by thinking, 'I am not able to do this'. Just think, 'Let me see how much more can I do', and take one more step ahead Yoga is what helps enhance and sharpen one's capabilities. Yoga is not limited to doing Yogasanas and Pranayamas. Yoga means to unite totally with ...

How do we cope with small minded people?

Question - Gurudev, how do we cope with small minded people? Gurudev Sri Sri - See, there are so many types of people in this world. How many people do you know who have for no reason become your enemies? Your good friends have become your enemies? Isn't it? Similarly, so many people who were unknown to us have helped us at some point of time. We may not have done anything for them, but they helped us out. So friends or enemies are all a cause of our karmas. If our time is wrong, friends can become enemies, and if our time is right, enemies can turn into friends.

This is how the Advance Course really helps to fulfil all your dreams. With an advance course around the corner, miracles are not far away

I am a Corporate Lawyer and am very regular in doing my kriya. I had gone to London to study Law and having done so, I came back to Mumbai to look for a job. For a whole year, I did not get a job anywhere, no matter where I applied. I was told that I had studied the Foreign Law, and not the Indian one. There was a big difference between the two. The failure at getting a job discouraged me and I felt as though I had no chance at all. As many people had said, ”If you want your dream to be fulfilled, you should do an Advance Course,” I went ahead and did the Advance Course in the Bangalore Ashram, in March 2012. I told Guruji my situation. After a month of my return to Mumbai, I got a very good job with a handsome pay. This is how the Advance Course really helps to fulfil all your dreams. With an advance course around the corner, miracles are not far away. Jai Guru Dev.

Only through my Master's Grace. This Grace has empowered me from within and given me immense courage to take all challenges in my stride.

''If that unseen Force had not pushed us out of the flood waters, we would have surely drowned. This was nothing but a miraculous escape from death, thanks to the Master.'' says MAKRAND JADHAV, one of the leading trainers for the Art of Living's Youth Leadership Training Programme.  It was a late night in August 2011 and my friend and I were driving home from Katepur Village in Latur. It was raining heavily and there was water-logging all along the route. We were driving through an incessant heavy downpour and we could barely see the road ahead of us.  Suddenly, we realised that we were on a slope and the car started slipping off the road. We frantically applied the brakes and to our utter dismay, the car spiralled and did a 90 degree turn. The car started sinking as it entered a gushing water stream. For a moment it looked like a huge monster waiting to swallow us up. We lowered the windows, so that we could jump off. Suddenly, our car hit a t...
