Our body is made up of five elements, seven substances, three qualities and three modes. The *five* *elements* [gross classification] are; earth, water, ether, fire and air. The *seven* *dhatus* *or* *substances* are rasa (blood plasma), rakta (blood), mamsa (muscle), meda (fat), asthi (bone and skeleton), majja (bone marrow and nervous tissue) and shukra (reproductive tissue). When we are meditating, keeping the mind in the heart, then there is a sense of belongingness, then everything will start its own part. Seeing from the pure element gives rise to the Apashu power. Shakti has two types ... Pashu power and Apashu power. Apashu Shakti is a vibrant power. Apashu Shakti is effortless, alert, supernatural.

*Guru Gyan:* _(Shiv Sutra_5.1)_ मन की स्थिति के अनुसार हम ग्रहण करते है। देखनेवाले के आँखों में सुंदरता है...मन मीठा तो जग मीठा। और जब तब मन अपने हृदय में डुबकी नही लगाता तब तक वह मीठा नहीं हो सकता। जब चित्त, मन दिल में डूबता है तब जो भी देखते है वह अपना लगता है, अपनापन का उदय होता है, सारा दृश्य सजीव हो उठता है। एक वैज्ञानिक के दृष्टिकोण से देखें तो हर चीज एक वस्तु है ....और आध्यात्मिक य्या भाव से देखो तो हर चीज जीवंत है। इसीलिए बच्चे चाँद को चांदमामा बोलते है। सारा संसार अपना लगना लगें इसके लिए उपाय ये है कि दिल से देखना शुरू करो। जब हम ध्यानस्थ होते है, चित्त को दिल में रखके लय होते हो तब अपनापन उदय होता है, सब कुछ अपना ही अंग लगना लगेगा। शुद्ध1 तत्व से देखने से अपशु शक्ति का उदय होता है। शक्ति में दो प्रकार है...पशु शक्ति और अपशु शक्ति। पशु शक्ति आक्रामक शक्ति है। अपशु शक्ति जीवंत शक्ति है। पशु शक्ति सीमित होती है, आक्रोश से भरी हुई है। पर अपशु शक्ति सहज है, सजग है, अलौकिक है। शुद्ध तत्व से जब देखते है परायापन नहीं लगता, अपनापन लगता है....तब अपशु शक्ति जागृत होने लगती ह...

When elements are added, then the big power starts to rise within you. Apashu Shakti which does not have aggression, not resentment .... there is love in it ... which adds to all the Amanush Shakti ... supernatural power arises.

*Guru Gyan:* _(Shiv Sutra_4.6)_ शुद्धि का अर्थ है अपनापन। अशुद्धि का अर्थ है जहाँ अपनापन नहीं है, परायापन हो वह अशुद्धि है। जैसे तेल और पानी मिलागे तो वह मिलते नहीं है...वह अशुद्धि है ... वैसे ही रेत और चीनी। मगर दूध और पानी, नींबू और पानी।मिलाओगे तो वह एक हो जाते है...यह शुद्धि है। तो जो एक दूसरे मे मिलते नहीं है, उनका स्वभाव मिलता नहीं है...उसको अशुद्धि कहते है। शुद्ध तत्व को अपने में लाने का अर्थ यहीं है कि सबमें अपनापन उदय हो गया । सब मेरा ही हैं, परायापन मिट गया, एक हो जाए, योग हो जाए... जब तत्व जुड़ जाते है तब तुम्हारे भीतर अपशु शक्ति का उदय होने लगता है। अपशु शक्ति जिसमें आक्रामकता नहीं है, आक्रोश नहीं ही....उसमें प्यार है....जो सबकों जोड़ देती है...वह अमानुष शक्ति है, अलौकिक शक्ति का उदय होता है।  Shiv Sutra_4.6_ Shuddhi means familiarity. Ashuddhi means where there is no belongingness, there is impurity. Just as oil and water are mixed, but they are not homogeneous… that is impurity… so is sand and sugar. But milk and water, lemon and water... they are homogeneo...

After meditation, your consciousness is uplifted. During meditation, there may be no desires, but once you finish meditating, wish for everyone's wellbeing.

Chapter 4 - Honour Desire Day 26 The essence of Shiva is joy. People often say, "When you remove the energy of desire, then you can see Shiva." That wish to remove the desire itself becomes a desire.  When you say, "I want to eliminate desire," what happens? Desires do not need your permission to arise.  Do they arise by themselves or do they request your permission to appear? You are hungry, and so there is a desire to eat, and when you are thirsty, there is a desire to drink.  Desires seem to arise automatically. When you struggle with a desire, how is it possible to relinquish the desire? You may feel that once you fulfill a desire.  Then you will be happy and contented, but this situation never happens. If you want contentment, then be content right now and do not wait until all your desires are fulfilled.  People run after desires, constantly seeking contentment. A virgin woman, or desire, can never meet the Shivatattva the essence of Shiva or the self. One who attains happiness cannot have any desire.

*Chapter 4 - Honour Desire* *Day 25* The energy of desire is an unwed maiden. There is a beautiful story about Kanyakumari, which is at India's southernmost tip.  Shiva was residing on Mount Kailash, which lies to the far north of India. Uma had a desire to marry Shiva. Uma means Parvati, and Parvati was a virgin, who was meditating and praying in a place that is now called Kanyakumari.  Hearing Uma's prayer, Shiva set off from Kailash with his retinue. As per the rules at that time, the marriage had to be finalised before sunrise, or else it could not happen. However, Uma had the power to destroy hosts of demons only if she remained a virgin. They both are parallel.  Karma yoga is qualification for ghyan yoga.  Whether grihastha ashram or Sanyas ashram we have to karma yoga sincerely and with satvikta in our actions Karma shud be done with ishwar arpan buddhi - offering all your actions to the lord. You do the actions for the lord. And with the attitude of ishwar Prasad buddhi - accept the fruits of your karma whether pleasant or unpleasant as the blessing (Prasad of the god)  Do your karma as Dharma - duty.  With these attitudes the karma starts becoming satvik. It brings mental poise.  Make spirituality top priority. - A devotee

The one who sees inaction in action & action in inaction is wise

.Law of Attraction can not be given by divine to those who are corrupt in mind. Karmayoga will bring purity in mind. .Karma yoga & Gyana yoga runs parallel; side by side in life. Karma yog and Dnyan yog are like shirt and trouser.. Both are required.. U cant choose one Both have to be together . No diff between gruhastha and sanyasi when it comes to liberation. There should be nishtha, sincerity in whatever choice you make.  .dnyani gruhastha is better than agyani sanyasi.  .Karma ( Action ) + Yoga ( Attitude of action )  Action with eqanimous mind is karmayoga.  .how to keep mind calm  _ishwar arpan buddhi ( all actions offered to divine)  _ishwar prasad buddhi ( take everything in life as gift from God )  _ offering your own self  _ using Karma Yoga as a cleansing tool _ as Dharma ( duty)  . GOD HAS GIVEN A GIFT OF LIFE TO YOU. WHAT YOU DO IN LIFE IS A GIFT TO GOD .More sattvik actions, more ability for knowledge to dawn....
