LOW BACK ACHE

LOW BACK ACHE :

The causes of backache maybe as stress,travelling,strained muscles,strained ligaments,lifting something improperly or too heavy,muscle spasm.It may be structural difficulties like ruptured and bulged discs,abnormal curvature of spine, arthritis, spondylitis,sciatica etc..

Simple remedies to reduce backache are :

1. Avoid forward bending completely.
2. Adopt the practice of yoga all backward postures like chakrasana,dhanurasana,naukasana,shalabhasana etc
3. Sleep on a hard mattress.
4. Drinking ginger tea ..As ginger is anti inflammatory and helps to reduce pain.
5. Heat some coconut oil, mustard oil or sesame oil on low heat and then add 8 to 10 cloves of garlic to it. Fry the garlic until it is brown. Strain the oil and let it cool to room temperature.
Massage your back gently with the oil. Leave it on for some time and then take a bath in warm water.
