KALE :
Is a vegetable belongs to cabbage family.. it is very nutritious and rich in vitamins B , C and K. It contains omega 3 fatty acids which is a good fat and high in anti oxidants (Antioxidants are substances that help counteract oxidative damage by free radicals in the body). It also helps to reduce cholesterol in the body and reduce the risk of heart diseases.Kale can be eaten raw as in salads.
