When elements are added, then the big power starts to rise within you. Apashu Shakti which does not have aggression, not resentment .... there is love in it ... which adds to all the Amanush Shakti ... supernatural power arises.

Shiv Sutra_4.6_ Shuddhi means familiarity. Ashuddhi means where there is no belongingness, there is impurity. Just as oil and water are mixed, but they are not homogeneous… that is impurity… so is sand and sugar. But milk and water, lemon and water... they are homogeneous. If you mix them, they become one… this is purification. So those who do not meet in each other, their nature is not found ... it is called impurity. The meaning of bringing the pure element in oneself is that there was a sense of belongingness among all. All are mine, alienation disappears, unites, becomes yoga ... When elements are added, then the big power starts to rise within you. Apashu Shakti which does not have aggression, not resentment .... there is love in it ... which adds to all the Amanush Shakti ... supernatural power arises.
