When the difference has ceased to exist, be established in the evenness of one's being. Do not be shaken by it, even if you look at some power, wisdom or knowledge. All is that is the inexpressible of the same. Do not even be shaken by the glamour of any power or siddhi.

कृत्वा मूर्तिपरिज्ञानं चैतन्यस्य न किं गुरूः ।
निर्वेदसमतायुक्तया यस्तारयति संसृतेः ॥
It is the Divine that has come in front of you and taken the form of a Guru. And the Divinity inside that form is imperishable; full of consciousness. It has become a need for you to experience that God, that the Divine loves you so dearly. Though He has told you so in many ways with the flowers, the birds, the clouds, the rain, and with all the friends, folks, and relatives, you are still unable to experience the Divinity. So the Divine, itself, takes the form of a saint, a maharishi, a Guru, or a Master and gives you a glimpse of the reality and the truth - that the Divine loves you very dearly. And that consciousness is pervading, in all manner and in all respects. It is all pervading. That consciousness is the Master; is the Divinity, It is the Guru. It is yourself. So in the beginning we recite, 'Ishwaro Gurukatmeti murtiveda vibhagini vyomavata vyapta dehaya dakshinamurtaye namaha.' You may call it God, Ishwara, or the Creator of the Universe, that which is unseen and unheard oheard and unseen, my very Self or Guru. They are synonymous.
निर्वेदसमतायुक्तया यस्तारयति संसृतेः । It is expressed in the creation for one's own benefit. With this, you rest and abide in yourself with equanimity. Otherwise, the moment you think someone is greater or more powerful, your balance is lost. You think you are lagging behind. You are after gaining something. You are not established; you are not equanimous. Again, this knowledge is very precious, and should be given only to those who have already surrendered themselves totally to the master, and who have already done some practices. This is very important otherwise one can become very egotistical. One might feel why he should bow down to anybody. That if everything is him, then he is everybody. Why does he need to listen to anybody at all.
Ashtavakra says that when the difference has ceased to exist, be established in the evenness of one's being. Do not be shaken by it, even if you look at some power, wisdom or knowledge. All is that is the inexpressible of the same. Do not even be shaken by the glamour of any power or siddhi.
