Did you know that how important is it to eat at the time when you feel hungry . And it impacts on your body if you suppress appetite .If you suppress appetite following diseases can be occure like - 
Body Ache  
Fatigue 
Laziness
Loss of Cells or tissues 
Loss of strength 
Loss of appetite or you may lose interest in food.
Above reasons could be a cause of Obesity .
Now see ,one should take meal when one feels hungry ,and if you dont eat when you feel hunger it could be harmful also . 
As after proper digestion and absorption of food body requires food . 
So ,you should not eat just for taste .
Healthy eating means eat when you are hungry .
Eating when your body requires it provides to your body and mind 
Longevity 
Endurance 
Joyfulness 
Boost immunity 
Gracefulness 
Good complexion and glowing skin .
And if you listen to your tongue ,
then you r not eating for energy only for taste .
Over eating also not good as you will feel 
 heaviness in the abdomen after eating excess quantity of food .. 
So eat sufficient amount to satisfy your hunger . For this -- 
1/2 part of food should be taken in from solid food as--- grains ,legumes , fruits , nuts , vegitables 
1/4 should be taken in liquid form as coconut water ,juices , fruits having more water content 
1/4 part of abdomen keep empty.
Eat more plant based food items . Provide nutrition from Fruits ,salads ,green leafy vegitables ,nuts ,seeds .
